ARIZONA HOTEL AND LODGING ASSOCIATION CELEBRATES 70TH BIRTHDAY WITH A TRIPLE PLAY
Phoenix, Arizona -- (October 13, 2008) -- The Arizona Hotel & Lodging Association, (AzHLA) is proud to announce the November 10th launch of Arizona's first fully comprehensive travel website specifically focused on the lodging industry: www.LetsGoArizona.com.
"AzHLA is celebrating its 70th birthday, so it is an especially exciting time to be introducing this website, as it reinforces not only the importance of AzHLA to our lodging members, but it also elevates our exposure to both our national and international audiences," says Debbie Johnson, President & CEO. "We're amping up the kick-off to coincide with our extremely popular Discover Arizona Online Auction and adding a Sweepstakes contest to really make it memorable."
LetsGoArizona.com showcases the diversity of Arizona travel experiences with one-stop shopping and goes well beyond the expected lodging search. "A point of difference for our new website is the ease with which visitors can access extensive Arizona destination profiles; including detailed information regarding lodging, attractions, restaurants and events, complemented by related articles and travel resources, with options to fit everyone's budget," says Johnson.
Designed to feature the most extensive search capabilities ever developed, the search categories were the culmination of exhaustive research, combined with travel industry feedback and current market trends.
Use the website to search: destination, city, brand/name, type, price, packages, meeting space, green meetings, aquatic activities, pool, pets, kids club, Wi-Fi, business center, continental breakfast, comprehensive fitness/wellness facilities, attractions, restaurants, hotel green qualities, dining options (fine, casual, snack) at a resort or around it, historic designations, haunted, life enhancement, LGBT, and weddings.
Additionally, LetsGoArizona.com is designed to be easy and efficient from start to finish, as it will encourage visitors to print sample itineraries and lodging searches as well as to find cost-saving coupons.
